Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and confirmed. Please note that holiday periods, inclement weather, or other factors (eg health restricitions, strikes, etc..) may affect order processing times.
We currently use Canada Post and/or UPS to deliver within Canada and the USA. Shipping costs are charged at checkout. Currently we offer free shipping for orders over $150 (heavy items exempted) and occasionally offer other shipping incentives.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
